Entry level Pilates class focusing on strength, posture, flexibility and quality of movement.
Appropriate for all clients either recovering from injury or looking to start Pilates for the first time. Incorporating postural work, strengthening and flexibility with the Pilates approach.
Exercises can be modified to suit all client’s needs.
