In this 1-hour event we will talk about progressive overload, and how on how to return to the gym safely post-lockdown. Find out what happens when we detrain, slow down or alter our usual routine, and how it increases chances of injury.

Experts Andy Reay, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Physiotherapist Jack Bain, will discuss:

  • how tissue adapts and what happens when you under/overload
  • what to do to recover from gym-related injuries
  • how a training plan can be your key to returning to the gym safely
