Prepare yourself for the ski season with proactvity. Reduce injury and maximise your time on slopes. Discover how to get in shape for skiing, common injuries to look out for and how to avoid them.

During this 1-hour webinar our team of experts will cover:

  • Key ways to stay injury free during season
  • Coordination tasks to do after relative inactivity
  • Injury signs to look out for on the slopes

Our Physiotherapists will discuss ski injuries that we have seen at PSM and the principles of readiness to hit the slopes. Our Strength & Conditioning Coaches will explore Pre-hab and what you can do before your trip. Lastly our Soft Tissue Therapists will explain some safety tips and tricks to help avoid any picking up any niggles or strains.
