Learn how to improve your running speed and endurance with our expert running and sports medicine clinicians.

Strength & Conditioning Coach James Phillips will discuss how S&C can improve speed and running economy; including video demonstrations of specific exercises that can be incorporated into current training plans.

Physiotherapist Alex Quinn will cover theory around what prevents us from being able to maintain a given speed, and specific training session ideas to improve running pace over moderate and longer distances.
