If you’ve always wanted to try Pilates, either for general fitness or as a great tool for rehab from injury, then we highly recommend this three session intro pack.

You will begin with a one hour initial assessment with your instructor on the reformer, and two follow-up sessions that are completely tailored to you as an individual.

Following your sessions you can decide if you would like to continue training in a 1:1 environment, or if you would prefer to move into one of our classes.

This pack includes:

  1. Session 1 (initial assessment & goal setting) = 60 minutes
  2. Session 2 (progression) = 60 minutes
  3. Session 3 (progression) = 60 minutes
