Our Strength & Conditioning Coaches will test your current fitness levels using expert Physiology Testing’, create a bespoke 6-week training plan and train you 1:1.

Gold

  • Session 1: Physiology Testing, 60 minutes 
  • Session 2: Fitness Assessment & Goal Setting, 60 minutes
  • Session 3: Your 6-week Training Plan
  • Session 4, 5, 6 & 7: 45 minute 1:1 Training Sessions
  • Session 7: Training Plan Review & Goal Setting

Silver

  • Session 1: Physiology Testing, 60 minutes
  • Session 2: Fitness Assessment & Goal Setting, 60 minutes
  • Session 3: Introduction to 6-week Training Plan, 45 minutes
  • Session 4 & 5: 45 minute 1:1 Training Sessions x 2
  • Session 6: Training Plan Review & Goal Setting 


Bronze
