Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to lead our clinical team at Canary Wharf in the role of Clinic Manager. If you are ambitious, hardworking, and keen to effect change through leadership then this is the role for you.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Physiotherapist to take on a leadership role within Pure Sports Medicine. This would suit an experienced clinician working in private practice, or a candidate working at Band 7 level or above within the NHS. Previous management experience is preferred but not mandatory, as a is an established private network. 

Our Canary Wharf clinic, is situated in the heart of the Wharf in easy reach of the City. The clinic boasts 12 spacious clinic rooms, a fully equipped rehab/​gym space, showers and changing facilities. The successful candidate will manage a large multidisciplinary team of clinicians, working collectively to optimise patients experiences and outcomes. 

Your working week would consist of 28 hours of clinical time and 10 management hours.

Key responsibilities include: #

  • Ensure delivery of clinical excellence by all team members and individually through personal caseload management 
  • Responsible for the availability and performance of the clinical team against forecast 
  • Assisting in the recruitment of new clinicians to complement the current skill mix 
  • Manage the clinic to deliver optimal patient experience and outcomes in conjunction with Operational leads

Our clinicians are supported with regular CPD and mentoring to ensure ongoing development. You will receive time and budget towards external CPD courses and/​or post graduate study. Continuous opportunities exist to learn from colleagues and contribute to the sharing of knowledge.
