1. How The Offer Works
1.1 When successfully booking an appointment online, you are entitled to a £20 credit to use on a future appointment.
1.2 This credit is applicable on all self-funded appointments, but does not include stock items, packs, scans, injections or additional items. The credit cannot be used for appointments covered by private medical insurance.
1.3 The offer is strictly one credit per Patient; multiple credits cannot be claimed or used. Therefore, you can only claim one credit for use against one appointment.
2. Rewards And Offers
2.1. The offer is a £20 credit provided when an appointment is booked online.
2.2. The credit can be used on any self-funded service offered by Pure Sports Medicine at any of the business’ ten clinics.
2.3. The credit does not apply to any appointments covered by private medical insurance.
2.4. To be eligible for your credit, you must book an appointment online. Once used, your credit will be voided.
3. Privacy
All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Pure Sports Medicine’s Privacy Policy, available here. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Pure Sports Medicine shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.
4. General
These Terms are published by Pure Sports Medicine (“we”’, “us” and “our”) and apply to our Online Booking Offer as displayed on our website and in promotional material. These Terms form a binding agreement for both the a booking Patient (“you” or “your(s)”) and Pure Sports Medicine (“us”).
5. Completed Appointments and Limit
5.1. No other means of appointment booking apply. This includes phone, email, web chat, online enquiry or in-person in any of our ten clinics.
5.2. There is a limit of one credit per Patient. Patients cannot claim or use multiple credits.
5.3. All Patients booking online may claim a credit.
5.4. You represent all personal information is 100% correct and up to date. We may monitor your use of the Online Booking Offer or request your ID to verify your identity before issuing rewards.
6. Restrictions
6.1. This Online Booking Offer cannot be combined with other Pure Sports Medicine offers, discounts, vouchers, benefits or incentives. By participating in this Online Booking Offer, we may restrict you from any other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers.
6.2. You must not publish our Online Booking Offer on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities.
6.3. You must only use a credit applicable to you. Credits are non-transferable.
6.4. You must only use our Online Booking Offer for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes.
7. Term and Termination
7.1. This Online Booking Offer will run until the announced date and that date can be extended or restricted. We may also in our sole discretion notify Users that the Online Booking Offer has ended with immediate effect.
7.2. Any online booking made before the end of the Online Booking Offer can still participate. However we may exclude appointments in our sole discretion made after its termination date.
7.3. We may terminate this Online Booking Offer at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits.
8. Exclusive Relationship
8.1. You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us.
8.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorised to legally bind our company.
8.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, (part of) our corporate identity.
8.4. By participating in the Online Booking Offer you must not represent yourself in duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company
9. Amendments
We may amend the terms and conditions of our Online Booking Offer. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.
10. Violations and Termination
10.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Online Booking Offer, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or pay out.
10.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Online Booking Offer, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect.
12.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
11. Disclaimer and Indemnification
11.1. We offer our Online Booking Offer and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Online Booking Offer in our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Online Booking Offer. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors.
11.2. Our Online Booking Offer is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Online Booking Offer.
11.3. You will defend, indemnify and hold your referral harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your participation in the Online Booking Offer.
12. No Correspondence, Disputes And Refunds
With regards to the distribution of discounts, vouchers, incentives, prizes, awards or other benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Moreover, we shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the Online Booking Offer, and the abovementioned benefits are provided “as is” and we never refund or exchange such benefits.
13. Applicable Law
The law of our residence shall apply and the court in that country is competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.
