Marc is a Physiotherapist with extensive experience in sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
I am an Australian-trained Physiotherapist, born and bred in Melbourne. I have worked in private practice since graduating, seeing primarily a musculoskeletal caseload and developing skills in this area. I have gained valuable experience managing sports injuries, working within sub-elite and elite Australian rules football teams and many professional and semi-professional athletes across numerous sporting codes.
In addition to this, I worked at La Trobe University in Melbourne, teaching into the undergraduate Physiotherapy programme and being involved in several research projects. I have co-published an article investigating reliability of shoulder strength testing.
I have a love for sport which developed from a young age. I was lucky enough to represent Australia as a junior baseballer and have continued to play in my adult life. I also enjoy Australian rules football, tennis/padel and long-distance running.
Like many, I have had several first-hand experiences of injury. I value the joy sport can bring to our lives and the hole that is created when this is taken away from us through injury. This fostered my interest in Physiotherapy.
I moved to London in 2024 and joined the Pure Sports Medicine team where I enjoy helping patients with musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries return to their activity and/or sporting goals.
