Triathlon Advice

Whether your preparing for your first or fiftieth triathlon, find out how to optimise your training so that you perform at your best on race day.

A triathlon, by definition is an endurance multisport race consisting of swimming, cycling, and running, and different events cover various distances.

For example, an Ironman Triathlon includes a 2.4‑mile (3.9 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.2 km) cycle and a marathon 26.2‑mile (42.2 km) run. A total of 140.6 miles (226.3 km)!

Preparing your body to take on one stretch could be considered challenging enough, but all three needs focused and structured training to condition your body, and your mind.
