I joined PSM to become a better clinician. Within a few months of starting, I could already tell that I had made the right decision. The environment is perfect for learning: ideas are shared, learning is spontaneous, and clinicians often work together on cases to get the best outcomes.

Working in a genuine MDT is fantastic for us clinicians, but especially for patients, who really value the team approach. I am now in a role as Head of the Rehab Department, with my ambitions for management fostered and encouraged from the outset.

From the moment I started, I was made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone at Pure Sports Medicine. Professionally, I feel fully supported by my colleagues as the MDT included me right away; there was a clear direction and plan to introduce me to the clinic, and wider PSM company, which really helped me to settle in.

There is a strong work ethic among everyone across the clinical and non-clinical staff alike, with a drive to provide exceptional patient care. This collective-goal is driven from all company levels and is supported in many different ways, including regular one-to-ones, frequent research dissemination and journal club, regular protected CPD time, excellent admin processes, and networking events and collaboration. All this makes the working environment incredibly stimulating and exciting – it’s a fantastic place to work.
