Please provide your payment details. To verify your card is valid and active, a charge of 1p will be taken from your card. This will be refunded to your card within 7 days. We will only take full payment after you have attended your appointment.

Please ensure that you are familiar with the directions provided to get to your chosen clinic. We allow a 15-minute grace period for you to arrive, but should you be later than that you will be charged for your appointment and required to reschedule for the next available convenient slot.
If you are claiming through your insurer, please ensure that you have all necessary documentation and have received an authorisation code for your treatment prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for your appointment.
Please arrive at your appointment with comforting clothing such as sportswear, including trainers.
If you are claiming through your insurer, please also bring your policy number and authorisation code so that we can bill your insurer directly. Even if you have provided these to us ahead of your appointment, it is always a good idea to have them with you just in case they are required by our reception team.
If you are self-funding your treatment, please make sure you have a payment card with you to pay for your appointment before leaving the clinic.
