Programme 1: I Want to Self Manage #

This is a one-off session with one of our expert knee Physiotherapists, which is appropriate if you’re experiencing a new case of knee pain or discomfort but want to self-manage where possible.

You will get: A diagnosis, advice on the condition and appropriate management, plus educational content and an individualised exercise programme. 

This includes:

  • Pre-screening questionnaires and outcome measure assessment
  • A one-hour individualised assessment with an expert knee Physiotherapist
  • Written information, education and advice regarding the diagnosed condition 
  • An electronic exercise programme (if appropriate)
  • Written information regarding further management or referral
  • A 6‑week email review with follow up questionnaires and outcome measurement assessments

Suitable for: All new knee pain (under 3 months)

Not suitable for: Chronic knee conditions (over 6 months), post surgical rehab

Programme 2: I Need a Solution Now #

A series of three sessions with one of our expert knee Physiotherapists, which is designed for you if you’re experiencing a new case of knee pain and are keen to get back to full function as quickly as possible.

You will get: A diagnosis of your condition and two follow-up sessions to reduce pain, improve function and ensure you are on the path to improvement. You will receieve an exercise programme and advice on your condition to continue your rehab at home.

This includes:

  • Pre-screening questionnaires and outcome measure assessment
  • A one-hour individualised assessment with an expert knee Physiotherapist
  • Written information, education and advice regarding the diagnosed condition 
  • An electronic exercise programme
  • 230min follow up sessions consisting of manual therapy and exercise therapy as appropriate, exercise programme review and ongoing education
  • Discharge documentation detailing the diagnosis, treatment provided and any recommendations for future management
  • A 6‑week email review with follow up questionnaires and outcome measurement assessments
  • Virtual communication between consultations and up to 6 weeks, up to a maximum of 4 calls or emails.

Suitable for: All new knee pain (under 3 months)

Not suitable for: Chronic knee conditions (over 6 months), post surgical rehab

Programme 3: I Need Expert Management #

This programme is ideally suited to you if you are experiencing recurrent problems, if you haven’t had a definitive diagnosis, or if prior treatment has not been effective.

You will get: A diagnosis of your condition and a management plan that includes a full review of prior treatment and discussion around why this may have failed. Treatment will consist of individualised manual and exercise therapy with an expert knee Phyiotherapist, alongside a bespoke Strength & Conditioning Programme tailored to your condition, and access to our gym space. You will also receieve an exercise programme and advice on your condition to continue your rehab at home.

This includes:

  • Pre-screening questionnaires and outcome measure assessment 
  • A one-hour individualised assessment with an expert knee Physiotherapist
  • Written information, education and advice regarding the diagnosed condition 
  • An electronic exercise programme 
  • 230min follow up sessions consisting of manual therapy and exercise therapy as appropriate, exercise programme review and ongoing education 
  • 31hr sessions with a designated Strength and Conditioning Coach and/​or Pilates Instructor (as appropriate) to progress the individualised exercise programme 
  • Discharge documentation detailing the diagnosis, treatment provided and any recommendations for future management 
  • Online physio review – Week 8 / Week 12
  • Ongoing outcome review – Week 126 months / 12 months 
  • Virtual communication between consultations and up to 12 weeks, up to a maximum of 4 calls or emails (in addition to the online physio review). 

Suitable for: Reccurent or undiagnosed knee pain (any length of time) 

Not suitable for: Post surgical rehab

Programme 4: I Have a Complex Knee Problem #

This programme is for you if you’ve previously seen numerous clinicians and tried various treatments but have never really got to the bottom of what’s going on or experienced a lasting improvement.

You will get: Access to a team of experts who specialise in complex cases, both our Consultants in Sport and Exercise Medicine and an expert knee Physiotherapist will lead the diagnostic process, treatment and management. 

  • Pre-screening questionnaires and outcome measure assessment 
  • A 35 minute initial assessment with a Consultant in SEM 
  • A 20 minute follow up assessment with the Consultant in SEM 
  • A case conference that includes the Consultant in SEM, Expert Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach or Pilates Instructor 
  • A one-hour individualised assessment with an Expert Physiotherapist 
  • Written information, education and advice regarding the diagnosed condition 
  • An electronic exercise programme 
  • 530min follow up sessions consisting of manual therapy and exercise therapy as appropriate, exercise programme review and ongoing education 
  • 21hr sessions with a designated Strength and Conditioning Coach or Pilates Instructor (as appropriate) to progress the individualised exercise programme 
  • Discharge documentation detailing the diagnosis, treatment provided and any recommendations for future management 
  • Online physio review (Week 8 / Week 12 / Week 16) as appropriate
  • Ongoing outcome review (Week 126 months / 12 months)
  • Virtual communication between consultations and up to 6 months from initial appointment, up to a maximum of 6 calls or emails (in addition to the online physio review)

Suitable for: Anyone with long-standing knee pain, undiagnosed knee pain(over 6 months), complex knee conditions or post-surgery

Not suitable for: New knee pain or acute problems (under 3 months)
