Pure Sports Medicine offers grouped pricing for certain services and products. When purchasing a pack you must adhere to the below set of terms and conditions.
1. The total cost of a pack must paid for in advance of using the sessions / appointments.
2. The purchased pack must be used for the services agreed at the time of purchase.
3. The discount gained with the pack cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Each purchased pack is non-transferable and cannot be used by / gifted/given to another patient/consumer/person.
5. The pack must be used in full within 1 year of purchase — unless specified otherwise — and once that date has passed, the amount / sessions not used will have expired.
6. All packs are non-refundable. This includes amounts / packs which have expired (not been used within 12 months of purchase).
7. The term ‘used’ above equates to both the booking of, and delivery of a session / appointment included in a pack.
8. Pure Sports Medicine reserves the right to change, remove or discontinue offers and promotion including packs and the included services.
9. Packs must be used at the clinic where they were originally purchased, unless there are extenuating circumstances meaning that the services is temporarily or no longer available at the agreed clinic. This must be agreed directly with PSM staff on a case by case basis.
10. Pack prices are final and non-negotiable.
Specific expiration dates for packs:
All other available packs not listed here fall under no. 5 above and must be used within 1 year / 12 months from the date of purchase.
