Richard, who enjoys keeping active and goes on regular hiking trips, wanted to get a gauge on where his health and fitness levels were at as he turned 60 years old, with the aim to support his long term health.

Being health conscious, he was interested to see if there was any risk of potential future issues in order to reduce the likelihood of them happening and keep him feeling well, and be able to do the activities he enjoys, for longer.

The LiveWell Assessment is a fully comprehensive, preventative health assessment that measures long term health and longevity through a range of markers including your strength, mobility, balance, lung function, and cardio-respiratory fitness, to give you a clear indication of your physical wellbeing.
