Adam is an MSK physiotherapist with experience across NHS, private, and international sports clinics. He works with people of all ages and activity levels, from weekend runners to competitive athletes, helping them recover from injury, regain movement, and feel confident again.
He has worked in NHS rotational roles, supported a semi-professional rugby team in Scotland, and gained international experience in New Zealand and Japan, treating a wide variety of injuries and adapting care to suit each person’s needs. Adam takes a collaborative approach, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure care is practical, personalised, and realistic for everyday life.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys running, cycling, rock climbing, and endurance events. He understands the challenges of balancing injury recovery with work, social life, and sport, and aims to make rehabilitation achievable, effective, and enjoyable.
