Introduction
A highly experienced strength & conditioning coach, Alex has worked within professional sport for 30 years. In addition, she has experience working with a number of different populations, ranging from elite athletes, older adults and young people. Her goal is to support each clients physical development, help them understand their body better and ultimately reach their goals.

Alex helps clients understand their bodies better, build their physical capabilities and make positive progress towards their individual goals.
Alex is a Strength & Conditioning Coach who has worked in high-performance sport for 30 years. Her background includes 10 years in professional football for two Premiership clubs, as well as consultancy work for FIFA, the Rugby Football Union, World Rugby, The Football Association, The LTA and England Athletics. She has also worked with a private client base and a member of the Royal Family.
Alex is a keen author and has written three books on different components of fitness and conditioning. She has also published a number of research papers across areas of health, wellbeing and strength & conditioning.
In 2023, Alex was awarded Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year in Health & Wellbeing by the UK Strength & Conditioning Association.
Alex’s extensive experience enables her to provide current, efficient and effective sports science and strength & conditioning support, helping clients make positive gains in their physical development and work towards their personal and professional goals.
