Biography

Asha graduated from the University of Otago in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She continued her education by completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy in 2022. Asha is an experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist, with a particular interest in post-operative knee rehabilitation, particularly ACL, as well as ankle and shoulder injuries. Asha has integrated her knowledge as a sportsperson with her physiotherapy skills, in order to provide care from both the perspective of a clinician and an athlete. Asha moved over to London from Christchurch, New Zealand in late 2022. In her spare time, Asha is usually watching or playing rugby union, and spends most of her weekends exploring the UK and Europe.

Ankle, ACL Rehabilitation, Post-operative Rehabilitation, Acute Sport Injury Management and Shoulder Throwing and Overhead Biomechanics and related injuries
