Asha is an experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist. She graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and continued her education with a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy in 2022.
Coming from New Zealand, Asha has an extensive background in Rugby – both Union and League. Asha has worked in all levels of Rugby – from the social weekend warrior to international level.
Asha has also been involved in the management of Swimmers and Water Polo players, and has a deep understanding of these sports, having competed to a high level in them growing up.
Having played team sports throughout her life, she prides herself in understanding both sides of an injury. She combines her clinical experience and sports-specific knowledge to help people return to activity as quickly but appropriately as possible.
When she is not working, Asha continues to play competitive Rugby Union in the winter, and spends the summer on the beach and exploring Europe.
