Chris has developed a particular interest in shoulder pathologies and rehabilitation, including rotator cuff related shoulder pain.
I graduated from University of Brighton in 2016 with an MSc in Rehabilitation Science (Physiotherapy) having previously completed a BSc in Sport Science in 2013.
Since qualifying, I have worked at both Medway NHS Foundation Trust and Broomfield Hospital completing rotations before initially joining Provide in 2019. I then left in April 2020 and worked at Springfield Hospital as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist before returning to Provide in November 2021. Since then, I have been a Team Lead and latterly Service Lead which has allowed for a range of skills to be developed in both management and complex second opinions.
Having trained as an injection practitioner I also have an appreciation of other treatment options and can liaise with the members of the multidisciplinary team to get the patient the best course of treatment.
I have developed a particular interest in shoulder pathologies and rehabilitation and have undertaken an MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Assessment and Practice and I am currently completing my dissertation related to rotator cuff related shoulder pain.
I enjoy playing cricket (averagely) and also love watching rugby, as well as many other sports. I go to the gym regularly and away for all of this I have a young family which keep me busy.
