Hiba is a Specialist Physiotherapist and Honorary Associate Professor specialising in Sport and Exercise Medicine.
With extensive experience in high-performance environments, she has worked in Premier League football and with England’s first-team squads at the FA. Her expertise extends to Super league netball, cricket, and racquet sports. She is also a certified Pilates instructor through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
Hiba is deeply involved in academia and research, serving as a faculty member for MSc programs. She has a particular interest in the health of female athletes and specialises in treating shoulder, knee, and hip injuries, as well as persistent pain conditions.
