Jehan is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 30 years of experience, including sports rehabilitation and complex injury treatment.
Thank you for taking the time to read my bio, I’m an experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, with 29 years of clinical experience.
My experience has taken me on an adventure from the NHS when I first qualified to GB Kayak where I led a squad of athletes to Beijing Olympics, 2008 where our athletes brought home two medals.
As my experience grew, my passion for knowledge also grew and I completed numerous post-graduate Masters’ level courses and then became an academic at University of Roehampton, where I educate and inspire the next generation of Physiotherapists. I have also supervised and mentored many Physiotherapists and GPs in musculoskeletal medicine.
Your experience with me will look at the root cause of your complaint and we work together to manage your injury so that you become confident to manage your own injuries.
For me, the best outcomes are those where clients understand what has happened, understand what options there are for management and together we decide what fits best for you. I will be able to help diagnose and give you an understanding of what may be happening and timeframes for recovery. This process empowers you to make decisions that make you feel involved in your care.
My specialities are complex issues that may have not improved under other care, low back pain and sciatica, managing osteoarthritis in joints and managing tendon related pain. If you have found Physiotherapy ineffective in the past and are looking for a more informed perspective, I would love to work with you!
