Before becoming a soft tissue therapist, my journey began back in Northern Ireland when I worked on a family dairy farm – before taking a very different path and training as a soft tissue therapist. Moving To London was a big change, but it began a journey that has led to great success working in both clinical practice and professional sport.
I like to meet new people and bring the same friendly down-to-earth approach to every patient. Working as a soft tissue therapist, I don’t see it as just a job – it’s become something that I am passionate about to help people physiologically and psychologically.
I worked as part of the medical team with Chelsea Women, gaining valuable experience at the highest level of the game and most recently with the England Lionesses during there euro 2025 success.
