Mike is a Physiotherapist with extensive experience in lower limb sports injuries, ACL recovery, and tendinopathy management.
My background is in strength and conditioning, performance, and sports rehabilitation, and I have worked with a diverse range of populations within the sport and exercise field over the past 15 years.
I was fortunate to work with Harlequins RFC during their Premiership-winning season in 2012 and have also worked with Nottingham Rugby and Esher RFC. Additionally, I have experience working with F2 racing driver Juan Manuel Correa at Van Amersfoort, racing as his trackside performance coach and Physiotherapist. I also supported the Prema Racing team at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
My areas of interest include sports rehabilitation, return-to-play protocols, strength and conditioning in rehabilitation, ACL rehabilitation management, and the treatment of upper and lower limb sporting injuries and tendinopathies.
Outside of physiotherapy, I am passionate about Rugby, and challenging myself physically in Ironman races, mountain biking, multi-day hikes, hyrox, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
