With over 12 years of experience in sport, I consider myself a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist with a passion for helping athletes of all levels recover, perform, and remain active.

Having worked with both elite athletes and recreational enthusiasts, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique demands of each sport; this allows me to offer a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and sports performance, tailored to meet individual needs.

I have a specialist interest in cycling with a thorough knowledge in treating cycling-specific injuries, alongside providing expert bike fitting services; this analyses both on-bike position and off-bike strength data to optimise comfort, posture and performance.

One of my favourite client groups to treat is those recovering from surgery, who have an aspiration in returning to sport. Using strength and conditioning principles, I aim for individuals to be discharged from my clinic with a higher level of strength and athleticism, allowing a full physical and psychological readiness to return to play.

I also provide a specialist hand clinic, treating individuals with hand and wrist injuries.

Being based in Wimbledon, this clinic is very helpful to the high density of tennis players and golfers in the area.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing an injury, or aiming to improve your athletic performance, I can offer personalised care backed by over a decade of experience. My goal is to facilitate you achieving lasting health, mobility, and sporting success.
