Clinical Receptionist

We are looking for compassionate and organised Clinical Receptionists to join our Administrative teams across London.

Our clinical and administrative teams work closely to provide a seamless patient experience from the moment someone books an appointment, to the end of their treatment. 

We’re looking for full-time Clinical Receptionists to join our teams across our 7 London based clinics, and provide a 5‑star experience for our patients.

The Role #

You will be the first point of contact for all patients by way of answering the phone, emails and in-person when in the clinic. Alongside your team members, you will be responsible for the general management of the clinic environment, booking appointments and providing administrative support to the clinical team, as well as completing all standard receptionist activities detailed below. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities #

We are looking for someone who is passionate about maintaining the high standard of patient care and experience at Pure Sports Medicine. The successful post holder will be responsible for:

  • Opening and closing premises (Shift patterns include early starts and late finishes, although no later than 8:15pm).
  • Meeting and greeting patients and visitors, and routing of patients on arrival
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing appointment booking and practitioner diaries
  • Dealing with telephone and online enquiries
  • Registering of patients, and data entry of patient information
  • Handling point of contact payment (invoicing and receipting)
  • Processing insurance company invoicing
  • Collect outstanding patient debts
  • Management of the waiting room and general clinic environment
  • Managing incoming deliveries
  • At the end of a shift, leaving the reception area tidy and ready for your incoming colleague. Providing handover information including unresolved or urgent issues
  • Attend staff meetings and company events as required
  • Engage in the monthly review process with your Practice Manager
  • Any other duties which may be required and agreed with the Organisation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
