We are looking for fantastic MSK clinicians to join our team; with both full and part-time opportunities available across our 8 London based clinics.

The Role #

Our clinicians are passionate about helping patients get better and maximising their recovery through treatment and the integration of other disciplines within our Multi-disciplinary Team.

All roles listed below would suit a Physiotherapist working in a Band 6 or 7 MSK role, or with private practice experience. Sports experience is not essential. Candidates need to have solid clinical reasoning skills, experience and appreciation of core skills such as manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, pain education and understanding of the role of other disciplines in the MDT.

Employment Details #

The below breakdown is included in all available roles, specified for employed and self-employed positions. 

Included for full time, employed positions:

  • £40k-45k expected annual income in year 1
  • 23 days annual leave
  • 5 days CPD leave + £750 budget
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Comprehensive learning and development programme

Structure of the roles: #

Full-time positions are made up of 38 clinical hours over 5 days, however we are able to consider a 30 hour position over 4 days if this is desirable.

For employed staff we pay a competitive base salary, plus variable salary which links to utilisation and performance. There is a structured appraisal system as well as annual salary review to encourage continuous growth within the business.

For self-employed staff the pay and structure is agreed on an individual basis between staff member and employer. 

Learning & development opportunities: #

For full-time, employed roles there is a CPD budget of £750 per year, plus 5 days study leave to attend courses, conferences and other learning activities, this can also be used towards post-graduate studies.

For all clinical staff, employed and self-employed, clinical development in-house is taken seriously. Aside from ring-fenced CPD time every month we encourage shared learning within our team on a daily basis; seeing patients together or watching your clinical colleagues to gain experience, discussing cases and sharing outcomes are just some of the ways we ensure that you develop. The appraisal process for employed staff will ensure your learning objectives are planned and achieved.

Full and part time Physiotherapists at Roehampton #

As well as all of the benefits listed above, this full-time role will see you working in a dynamic clinical team in our Roehampton clinic, where you will have the opportunity to build a mixed musculoskeletal caseload. 

Our Roehampton clinic is situated within Roehampton Club, which offers an impressive range of sporting activities and grounds, including a golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, a gym, and much more. It’s convenient for club members and the surrounding south-west London area.

Full-time Physiotherapist at Raynes Park #

As well as all of the benefits listed above, this full-time role will see you working in a large dynamic clinical team at our Raynes Park location, which is convenient to Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Kingston and South West London. As well as benefiting from working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will also have allocated time to further your clinical career through CPD time and learning. This opportunity also includes working within our Saturday clinic.

Part-time Physiotherapist at Raynes Park #

In addition to the Saturday clinic there will be the option to expand your commitment into midweek hours if that was of interest to you. As it is a self-employed position, there will be an incentivised revenue share linked to your utilisation, the conditions of which will be agreed in advance of starting with Pure Sports Medicine. In addition you will also have full access to company CPD sessions and team social activities, and lastly there will be a comprehensive learning a development programme to further develop your clinical knowledge.

Full time Physiotherapist in one of our City of London locations; Bank, St Pauls, Moorgate #

As well as all of the benefits listed above, this full-time role will see you working in a large dynamic clinical team at one of our central London clinics including Bank, St Paul’s and Moorgate.

Our city clinics range from being some of our more well established clinics to our newest which opened in 2018 in St Paul’s. As well as benefiting from working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will also have access to expansive rehabilitation spaces and equipment to deliver bespoke treatment plans for all your patients.

Full-time Physiotherapist with an interest in Rheumatology #

As well as all of the benefits listed above, and the ability to see a mixed caseload of general musculoskeletal patients, this full-time role will see you working alongside our in-house Rheumatologists on a varied caseload of Rheumatological and inflammatory conditions, and delivering a team approach to rehabilitation. This role could be based at any of our locations which all include an expansive space and equipment for rehabilitation. 

Your location will be agreed between you and the employer on recruitment. Currently our Consultant Rheumatologists operate from our Moorgate, Canary Wharf and St Paul’s clinics. We hope, with your help, to expand this across all clinics in the future.
