Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Opportunities

We are looking for fantastic musculoskeletal clinicians to join our team; with both full and part-time opportunities available across our 8 London based clinics.

The Role #

Our clinicians are passionate about helping patients get better and maximising their recovery through treatment and the integration of other disciplines within our Multi-disciplinary Team.

All roles listed below would suit a Physiotherapist working in a Band 6 or 7 MSK role, or with private practice experience. Sports experience is not essential. Candidates need to have solid clinical reasoning skills, experience and appreciation of core skills such as manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, pain education and understanding of the role of other disciplines in the MDT.

Employment Details #

The below breakdown is included in all available roles, specified for employed and self-employed positions. 

Included for full time, employed positions:

  • £40k-45k expected annual income in year 1
  • 23 days annual leave
  • 5 days CPD leave + £750 budget
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Comprehensive learning and development programme

Structure of the roles: #

Full-time positions are made up of 38 clinical hours over 5 days, however we are able to consider a 30 hour position over 4 days if this is desirable.

For employed staff we pay a competitive base salary, plus variable salary which links to utilisation and performance. There is a structured appraisal system as well as annual salary review to encourage continuous growth within the business.

For self-employed staff the pay and structure is agreed on an individual basis between staff member and employer. 

Learning & development opportunities: #

For full-time, employed roles there is a CPD budget of £750 per year, plus 5 days study leave to attend courses, conferences and other learning activities, this can also be used towards post-graduate studies.

For all clinical staff, employed and self-employed, clinical development in-house is taken seriously. Aside from ring-fenced CPD time every month we encourage shared learning within our team on a daily basis; seeing patients together or watching your clinical colleagues to gain experience, discussing cases and sharing outcomes are just some of the ways we ensure that you develop. The appraisal process for employed staff will ensure your learning objectives are planned and achieved.

As well as all of the benefits listed above, this full-time role will see you working in a large dynamic clinical team at our Raynes Park or Kensington location. The Raynes Park clinic is convenient to Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Kingston and South West London, and the Kensington clinic is on Cromwell Road, located within the Point West Building, convenient to Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham and West London.

As well as benefiting from working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will also have allocated time to further your clinical career through CPD time and learning. These opportunities also include working within our Saturday clinic.

Part-time Physiotherapist at Raynes Park #

As well as all of the benefits listed above, this self-employed, part-time role will see you working alongside our multidisciplinary team, delivering a team approach to rehabilitation, at our Saturday clinic in our Raynes Park location. In addition to the Saturday clinic there will be the option to expand your commitment into midweek hours if that was of interest to you.

As it is a self-employed position, there will be an incentivised revenue share linked to your utilisation, the conditions of which will be agreed in advance of starting with Pure Sports Medicine. In addition you will also have full access to company CPD sessions and team social activities, and lastly there will be a comprehensive learning a development programme to further develop your clinical knowledge.

Our Bank clinic is situated on Threadneedle Street in the heart of the square mile, convenient to Bank, Bishopsgate, Leadenhall and Monument. Our Moorgate clinic benefits from a prime location on Finsbury Square, ideally located on the City fringe connecting Liverpool Street and Moorgate with Shoreditch and Old Street, and finally our Chancery Lane clinic, located on the historic street, is convenient to Holborn, Fetter Lane, the Strand, Fleet Street and Covent Garden.

Full or part time Physiotherapist with specialist interest in Oncology #

We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist with experience in Oncology to join our team and if desired blend this with a broader MSK caseload. This could be a full-time or part-time position in any of our clinics.

Our clinics are fully-equipped for comprehensive rehabilitation under clinical guidance, you would have the time, space and tools required to give patients what they need whilst they are undergoing a treatment program for cancer or following remission.

This role requires experience in Oncology including involvement in the rehabilitation journey for this patient population. Broader MSK experience is essential if the candidate would like to develop a blended caseload. Other desirable experience would include pain management, lymphoedema and exercise prescription. This role would form a key part of our multidisciplinary team offering with an expectation to build links with external Oncology services.
