Lauren is a Hand & Wrist Physiotherapist with extensive experience in soft tissue injuries, fractures, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
I have 18 years clinical experience in treating hands and wrists.
Having spent 10 years in the NHS and 8 years in private practice, I have looked after a wide range of soft tissue injuries and fractures as well as long-term conditions, and post-surgical patients.
I have a passion for hands and wrists, which is why I have chosen such a niche area to treat; I love the challenge of returning people back to their full function and even better than before.
I am the Head of the Hand & Wrist Service at Pure Sports Medicine and work at our Moorgate clinic.
