Nicola was born and brought up in South Wales and studied in Cardiff for both her Bachelor or Science and Masters degrees.
She has a keen interest in rugby and rugby related injuries from her years living in Wales and some time also spent living in Gloucester.
Nicola has worked at the Roehampton club since finishing her Masters in Sports physiotherapy and from there has developed an interest in golf biomechanics, tennis injuries and core stability development through Pilates.
Work Experience
Gloucester Royal Hospital, 2 seasons Gloucester Rugby club Academy, West Wales general hospital and various NHS outpatient clinics.
Other Experience
APPI trained Pilates instructor and Physiotherapy Acupuncture (trained in Shanghai).

- Alternating Saturdays: 9am – 3pm / 6:30pm
