15-Minute Exercises for All Fitness Levels

The NHS recommend that everyone gets a minimum of 75 minutes vigorous exercise per week, but what does this look like and how is it achievable while at home?

We’re aware that many people are struggling to find ways to achieve this when we’re limited to only one walk per day, which may be down a busy street or accompanied by small children. Many of us don’t have access to outside space or time alone to do intense exercise regimes.

For this reason, we have created a simple 75 minute weekly programme, which can be completed anywhere by anyone, regardless of age and ability (or by the whole family!)
