We strive to empower women to take ownership of their health through evidence-based practices, and we aspire to help them achieve autonomy and confidence in their body and mind through compassionate care.
After your initial assessment at our health clinic, our team can create and carry out a personalised treatment plan best suited for your needs, which may include Physiotherapy, Pilates, and Soft Tissue Therapy. Our team also includes Consultants in Sport and Exercise Medicine who specialise in the diagnosis and management of female musculoskeletal health concerns and conditions.

We can create an environment that supports you in your training to reach your full potential as a female athlete, whether you are an elite athlete or a weekend warrior striving to perform your best.
Our team will provide a full, comprehensive health assessment, checking for any underlying energy deficiencies or training issues such as Relative Energy Deficiency (REDs). From there, we ensure that the right members of our multidisciplinary team are involved at the right time, delivering a tailored approach that evolves with your needs and goals.
In this area of Women’s Health, you will be supported by highly trained Physiotherapists with specialist expertise in pelvic health. Our clinicians are qualified in internal pelvic floor examinations and have completed Mummy MOT training, ensuring a high standard of postnatal and pelvic health care specific to your needs.
As associate members of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) network, our team has extensive experience in managing a wide range of conditions and their associated symptoms. These include bladder incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse management, overactive bladder, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and pain during intercourse. At our Kensington clinic, we also offer Ultrasound for Biofeedback in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, allowing us to assess and guide pelvic floor function in real time for diagnosis and rehabilitation.
We focus on patient-centred treatment from a wider holistic perspective, and alongside members of the wider multidisciplinary team, where necessary, we work with you to get you back to functional health, whether your goal is to return to daily activity or your chosen sport, effectively and efficiently.
Our skilled team will help you navigate changes in preparing for every stage of your pregnancy, from preparing for pregnancy, to birth and your post-natal recovery pathway. We tailor our care to each phase to help you feel confident and supported throughout.
We cover both pregnancy and postnatal conditions, including pelvic girdle pain, c‑section recovery, pregnancy massage, and diastasis diagnosis and recovery. Our pregnancy massage treatments are designed to relieve muscular tension, improve circulation and assist wellbeing.
Postnatally, our Mummy MOT checks provide a comprehensive check of your pelvic floor, abdominal function, posture and movement, helping to identify any issues early and guide your recovery plan. We also offer specialist scar therapy following a caesarean, such as post-c-section massage, using hands-on techniques to improve tissue mobility, reduce discomfort and support optimal healing.
In addition, we guide you through pelvic floor conditioning during pregnancy and after birth, ensuring you build strength, control and confidence in delivery. For those preparing for delivery, we provide education and practical strategies to help you be physically prepared for birth.
Alongside your gynaecological and GP management, our team of Sport, Exercise & Musculoskeletal Consultants, Nutritionists, Strength and Conditioning coaches and Physiotherapists will give you a balanced approach to help you navigate any changes or symptoms which will occur from this stage in your life.
Whether it be night sweats, constipation, trouble with sleep or returning to exercise, we can offer menopause management support for these symptoms to ease and reduce the effect they might be having on your day-to-day life. Our women’s health specialists focus on a holistic approach that will help you take control of your symptoms, managing any issues with bone health, cardiovascular health, pelvic health and tendon health.
Our multidisciplinary team of Nutritionists, Physiotherapists, Sport & Exercise Medicine Consultants, instructors and Strength and Conditioning coaches are experienced in supporting those with pain management and bone health conditions such as osteopenia, osteoporosis, and much more.
Alongside your clinical team, you can build and maintain your optimal bone health. Frequently asked questions
Your initial appointment is a 60 minute consultation with a discussion about your symptoms, medical history and any concerns. The sessions will begin with an assessment and then a plan for a treatment programme or rehabilitation.
No, you do not need a GP referral to book an assessment; you can book directly with our women’s health specialists. If you are covered by insurance, you will need to check with your provider first.
No, this is an option; if recommended by your treating clinician, it will be offered to you as a choice. However, you do not have to have an internal examination if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Your clinician can explain alternative options to you during your appointment.
You are able to start Physiotherapy at any stage of your pregnancy, as it will help manage issues such as pelvic girdle pain, back pain or incontinence. It is highly recommended that you consult a specialist before a new exercise regimen while pregnant.
We offer a Mummy MOT package, which we recommend scheduling 6-8 weeks postpartum to allow for initial healing before a full assessment.
Our specialist care for c-section scar therapy can include soft tissue massage to reduce swelling and improve tissue mobility, as well as rehab integration into the postnatal exercise programme to reduce restrictions.
Some common women’s health issues include hormonal imbalances, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, breast cancer, and osteoporosis. Regular check-ups with your healthcare provider can help detect and address these issues early on.
Eating a balanced diet, staying physically active, managing stress levels, getting enough sleep, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can all contribute to improving your overall health. Additionally, regular exercise, such as yoga, Pilates, or strength training, can help maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of certain health conditions.
Symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances, can be managed through lifestyle changes, including a healthy diet, regular exercise, stress management techniques, and adequate sleep. Your healthcare provider may also recommend hormone replacement therapy or other treatment options to help alleviate symptoms.
