FAQs #

How long are appointments?

We offer 30 minute, 60 minute, and 90 minute appointments. 60 minutes are the most popular but you can select the length you like via online booking or by contacting our bookings team.

What should I wear to an appointment?

Your therapist will need to access the area and surrounding area of your injury or are of concern. We recommend that you wear something that is relatively easy to move or remove. Towels are also used for cover during the treatment.

Can I bill my private medical insurer for Soft Tissue Therapy treatment?

Unfortunately we are unable to bill directly to insurers for Soft Tissue Therapy treatment. However if you insurer has confirmed to reimburse you part of all of the cost we can provide an invoice after receiving payment. For more information regarding insurers, click here.
