At your first appointment with one of our Soft Tissue Therapists, they will discuss your desired outcome of treatment. They will then conduct a thorough assessment including range of movement, muscle and soft tissue tone in order to plan your treatment.
The hands-on part of the treatment will then begin. You may be asked to actively move during some techniques, with continued reassessment and feedback on your progress.
Your therapist will then discuss your treatment plan with you including input from other clinicians to achieve your goals, if required.
