Women’s Health is a specialist area of musculoskeletal medicine that involves the assessment and non-surgical treatment of the pelvic floor, and the therapeutic care of women in all stages of life, including pregnancy and post-natally. Our team can help women who have pelvic girdle pain as well as women with altered pelvic girdle function, for reasons unrelated to pregnancy and delivery.

After your initial assessment, our team can create and carry out a personalised treatment plan best suited for your needs; which may include Physiotherapy, Pilates and Soft Tissue Massage Therapy. Our team also includes Consultants in Sport and Exercise Medicine who specialise in the diagnosis management of female musculoskeletal health and conditions.

Our Women’s Health service can be broken down in to 5 main areas #
