Yoga is a low impact exercise, proven to develop smaller muscle groups that work to support joint and bone structures in the body.

On your first 1:1 Yoga session, you will be introduced to physical postures, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and meditation to help restore body and mind.

Following this, your sessions will be tailored to achieving balance with body and mind and will be structured to compliment any other physical activities you already do.
