Soft Tissue Therapist

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Soft Tissue Therapist to join our clinical team across our London Clinics. We currently have full time positions and part time including Saturdays available.

The Role

If you are looking for a new opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary sports medicine clinic, passionate and dedicated to improving yourself, your team and your patients, dynamic and innovative in your approach to helping others then we would like to hear from you.

The right person must be driven to provide high quality, personalised Soft Tissue Therapy sessions, utilising their assessment and communication skills to determine the best possible treatment plan.

You must be able to work closely with the wider team to ensure effective patient management, possess the confidence to build and retain your own patient list whilst collaborating with external stakeholders to promote your services and the organisation.

  • A Sports Massage qualification BTEC level 5ITEC level 4 or 5 or a Degree qualification including Sports Massage.
  • Full membership to The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA), or The Society of Sports Therapists (SST).
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team of allied healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrates an ability to assess, clinically reason, treat and plan a range of sporting injuries and non-sporting injuries.
  • To undertake self-directed learning, minimum of 40 hours CPD per year.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in private practice with a proven ability to grow a patient list.
  • To stay within own scope of practice and be able to make appropriate referrals.

  • Flexibility to provide occasional cover for other soft tissue therapists
  • Registration with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
