Abbie believes the benefits of soft tissue treatment can be both physical and psychological, and she likes to adopts a holistic approach to her treatments.
My clinical journey started in 2018 after seeking massage therapy treatment after one too many tumbles and horse riding-related falls. This experience showed the benefits of treatment and coupled with my love of sports and academic background, it was a perfect fit!
I believe in the dual benefits of Soft Tissue treatment, which can be both physical and psychological. My treatments take on a holistic approach, aiming to address the root cause of the source of the issue. By combining various techniques and aiming to alleviate pain, relieve tension, and help individuals get back to their best self & engaging in their favourite activities.
Throughout my clinical journey, I have been committed to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques. This has led to an interest in women’s health, specifically following ladies on their pregnancy journeys both pre and post natal, and scar therapy. This dedication has allowed me to provide the most effective treatment possible for my clients, tailoring my approach to meet their unique needs and goals.
Since starting my soft tissue journey, I have worked as part of a multidisciplinary team at a private physio practice in London, volunteered with the London marathon & Nottingham RFU and run my own private practice.
