Hiba is a Specialist Physiotherapist and Honorary Associate Professor specialising in Sport and Exercise Medicine.
I’m a Specialist Physiotherapist and Honorary Assistant Professor specialising in Sport and Exercise Medicine, with over 10 years of experience working in high-performance environments.
I’ve had the privilege of working with Premier League football teams and England’s first-team squads at the FA, alongside my expertise in Super League netball, cricket, and racquet sports. I’m also a certified Pilates instructor through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, integrating Pilates into rehabilitation for enhanced strength and mobility.
Beyond clinical practice, I’m passionate about academia, serving as a faculty member for MSc Sports and Exercise Medicine programmes across Russel Group institutions.
I specialise in treating shoulder, knee, and hip injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgery rehabilitation.
I emphasise injury prevention and take a holistic approach to treatment, recognising the vital link between mental and physical health.
My approach is rooted in the latest evidence, with your goals at the forefront of your treatment plan. I focus on a patient-centred approach, customising evidence-based treatments to meet your specific needs and help you reach your full potential.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, aiming to enhance your performance, or managing ongoing pain, I’m here to guide you in achieving your goals.
