Alice is the Clinical Manager at the Raynes Park clinic. Since graduating Alice has gained extensive experience working as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the NHS, offering musculoskeletal care and on-site support to rugby teams, and has spent the last 9 years working in private practices in London. She enjoys treating people with a range of injuries including low back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation and sporting injuries commonly seen in netball, tennis and running. Alice also has a special interest in women’s health issues such as pregnancy or post natal low back pain, hip or pelvic pain, pelvic floor issues or diastasis recti (abdominal separation) rehabilitation postnatally.
From a young age, Alice competed in gymnastics competitions and studied dance to a high level, both of which involved the use of Pilates to improve her performance and prevent injury. These experiences, plus her chosen studies, led her to have a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and Pilates-based rehabilitation. Because of this passion, Alice studied Pilates alongside her physiotherapy degree whilst at university. Alice offers both mat and reformer based Pilates rehabilitation alongside Physiotherapy.
