Chloe graduate from the University of Osteopathy, earning her masters degree. She specialises in musculoskeletal health, supporting active individuals return to fitness.
Chloe has worked with a variety of patients, from busy corporate workers to amateur athletes and all the weekend warriors in between. She believes that education is at the centre of a successful treatment approach, ensuring patients understand why their presentation has occurred, what is means and how they can return to activity.
Her treatment approach blends Osteopathic techniques with soft tissue therapy and rehab management. She works on lifestyle management, addressing both physical and mental factors to create an individualise approach.
Beyond her clinical work, Chloe teaches reformer Pilates and is a personal trainer supporting clients regain fitness after injuries and long term conditions.
Outside of the treatment room, Chloe stays active in the gym and out running. She competed in swimming during her younger years, then amateur boxing, and has taken o a few ultramarathons more recently. This has really shaped her understanding of how patients feel preparing for challenges and serves as a reminder of what the body and mind are capable of.
