Chris combines his expertise as a Physiotherapist with an impressive career as a professional triathlete.
My name is Chris and I graduated from the Doctor of Physiotherapy programme in Sydney, Australia in 2017 before moving to London in 2022. I have a deep passion for fitness, sport and helping others achieve their goals.
Over the last eight years, I have developed an interest in treating a range of conditions with a speciality in lower limb injuries including the hip, groin and knee. I believe in facilitating patients to take an active role in their treatment and rehabilitation to return back to peak performance.
During my early years of practice, I split my time professionally in both the private practice setting as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and an Athletic Performance Physiotherapist with the GWS Giants AFL team. Here, I developed a deep understanding of the return to play process and achieving milestones in rehabilitation to safely return to activity and prevent further injury.
I have held a Head Physiotherapist role with both the GWS Academy and Female Allies AFL programs. When I am not working, you will find me training for my own athletic endeavours competing in long course triathlon/ Ironman events as well as a number of trail running and running competitions.
