As an experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist David specialises in the assessment and treatment of every day and sports injuries including pre and post-surgery rehabilitation programmes. With a strong foundation in both clinical and athletic environments, his approach is focused on helping you return to peak performance whether you’re a competitive athlete or casual participant.
David had the privilege of providing sports physiotherapy for teams in rugby union (both male and female), touch rugby, Gaelic football, and NFL, giving him a deep understanding of the demands and challenges across various sports. He utilises various treatment methods including sports massage, taping and manual handling.
This hands-on experience allows David to treat athletes with precision, helping them recover quickly while also focusing on preventing future injuries.
In addition to his sports physiotherapy work, he has extensive experience within the NHS, providing musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and first-contact physiotherapy services. This experience has given David a comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and a holistic approach to rehabilitation, which he applies to every patient he works with.
Outside of the clinic, David is an active participant in rugby, CrossFit, and Hyrox. These sports not only keep him engaged in the athletic world but also deepen his understanding of the physical demands placed on the body during both training and competition. This personal experience informs his treatment plans and enables him to relate to his patients’ goals and challenges in a unique way.

- Specialist MSK Physiotherapist, GP Based First Contact Physiotherapist – advanced roles including ordering further investigations and Sports Physiotherapy for multiple rugby (including Harlequins Junior Academy), Gaelic football, touch rugby and NFL teams.
