Gareth Degg
Biography

Gareth holds a Masters degree in Osteopathy and has spent the last decade working in private practice in and around London.

He also developed a lot of practical experience in the sports world by working closely with multiple Athletics training groups, where he was part of a team that prepared many athletes for both national and international competition. This work led to a number of roles with British Athletics in overseas competitions.

Gareth’s clinical interests are centred around the spine and the associated, wide-ranging, musculoskeletal issues, with particular focus on issues of the lower back.

His hands-on manual therapy approach to treatment is only the beginning of his patients’ journey as Gareth is strong believer in advising and guiding his patients to take up an active role in their recovery, aiming to provide a longer lasting solution for a fuller, active life.

Outside of clinic life, Gareth likes to switch off by spending time in the gym with a good music playlist. His music tastes vary wildly depending on his mood on the day, but it can definitely be described as eclectic’.
