Gareth is a highly experienced Osteopath with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and over a decade of practice in London. Specialising in musculoskeletal and spinal issues, particularly lower back pain, Gareth takes a hands-on approach, empowering patients to actively engage in their recovery for long-term, active living.

Gareth is an Osteopath with a focus on spinal and lower back issues.
Gareth has spent over a decade practicing Osteopathy, helping patients overcome musculoskeletal challenges, especially related to the spine and lower back.
He has developed strong ties with the athletics community, working with various training groups and preparing athletes for national and international competitions. This involvement included roles at national and international camps and competitions and included working on behalf of British Athletics on several occasions.
Gareth’s approach combines manual therapy with a strong focus on patient education, ensuring that individuals take an active role in their recovery. He emphasises creating long-lasting solutions that enable patients to live fuller, more active lives.
Along with his work at Pure Sports Medicine, Gareth serves as the Osteopath for the University of East London High Performance Programme and continues to practice privately.
Outside the clinic, Gareth enjoys gym training and listening to music, with a playlist that changes with his mood.
Currently Works At
Along with his role at Pure, Gareth works both in private practice close to home and is the Osteopath in a Multi-Disciplinary Team for the University of East London High Performance Programme.
Work Experience
Alongside working in a few Central London and residential clinics Gareth spent seven years working very closely within Athletics, working across a number of Sprint groups that included several roles with British Athletics.
Other Experience
2015 IAAF World Youth Games – Cali, Colombia, 2017 European Athletics U20’s Championships – Grossetto, Italy and 2019 European Athletics U23’s Championships – Galve, Sweden.
