With sport and exercise being such a big part of my life, I understand the need to not only recover from injuries, but also prevent them from reoccurring, so you can keep doing what you love.
I am an experienced Physiotherapist from New Zealand. I graduated from the
University of Otago where I then went on to work in a Private practice as a physio
and Pilates instructor until moving to London.
My drive and participation in sports, particularly Netball and Gym training, drives
my passion for helping people reach their goals no matter the size. With sport and
exercise being such a big part of my life, I understand the need to not only recover
from injuries, but also prevent them from reoccurring, so you can keep doing what you love.
My skills range from hands-on Manual therapy, exercise prescription and physical
rehabilitation, all backed by patient education, to help you understand all aspects
of your rehabilitation journey. Having past experience working in a community
based clinic, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, all ages and abilities
and I am here to help you on your journey.
In my spare time I enjoy being active and outside, as well as exploring
the local food scene with my friends and family.
