Harrison takes pride in delivering a tailored approach for each person to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.
Having established my clinical career in Melbourne, Australia, I moved to the UK in 2023 with a background spanning private practice and elite sport. I have a particular interest in lower-limb rehabilitation, especially foot and ankle injuries. I also treat spinal, shoulder, and elbow-related conditions.
The key to evidence-based practice is incorporating a variety of skills into the rehabilitation journey, which include dry needling, taping, and manual therapy, in conjunction with a personalised rehabilitation plan. When used alongside a structured rehabilitation programme, these techniques can play an important role in relieving symptoms, improving movement, and supporting overall recovery.
My rehabilitation approach involves tracking specific performance markers to set clear milestones. This helps take the guesswork out of rehab, ensuring that each step forward in your recovery is supported by objective data. From there, we can create a tailor-made rehabilitation programme that fits your specific lifestyle and goals. Successful recovery is a partnership, so I prioritise shared decision-making to ensure your recovery is a collaborative and enjoyable journey.
