Natasha is originally from South Africa and decided to move to the UK to travel and see more of the world. She is an outgoing individual who loves nature, spending time outdoors and being active. Before becoming a Physiotherapist, she competed at a national level in Pole Vaulting.
In South Africa Natasha developed a broad expertise working with a wide variety of patients in both private and public sectors. With her love for the outdoors and athletic history in pole vaulting, Natasha’s passion lies in helping athletes with acute injuries through to chronic conditions, as well as athletic conditioning.
Natasha has acquired extensive knowledge and skills with human movement patterns and has completed courses such as Basi Mat Pilates, STOTT Intensive and Advanced Reformer, Myofascial activated posture movement and STOTT VO2 MAX workshops. These courses have equipped her with the expertise to deliver effective clinical Pilates interventions and provide individualised rehabilitation programs.
Although she can incorporate Pilates techniques into her physiotherapy treatments where needed, Natasha also offers a more specific Physio-led Pilates service which leans on both disciplines evenly.
As a physiotherapist Natasha enjoys helping others to recover fully after an injury and achieve their full potential.
