Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

We are looking for clinicians with specialist interest in pelvic health to join our team; with both full and part-time opportunities available across our 8 London based clinics.

The Role #

There is an exciting opportunity for a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our team and either specialise in Women’s Health / Men’s Health or develop a mixed caseload with general MSK if desired. This could be a full-time or part-time position. 

This role would suit a clinician that wants to manage patients from diagnosis all the way through the rehab journey utilising a dynamic clinic environment and established MDT

Women’s Health role requires expertise in pelvic pain, lumbopelvic pain, obstetric MSK, Menopause related conditions, sexual dysfunction, continence, RED‑S and bone health. 

The Men’s Health role would require experience in male pelvic health, prostate cancer, post-surgical prostate and urological conditions, sexual dysfunction.

Employment Details: #

The below breakdown is included in all available roles, specified for employed and self-employed positions. 

Included for full time, employed positions:

  • £41 – 50k expected year 1 income
  • Competitive base salary with additional salary dependent on caseload growth
  • 23 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • Annual salary review
  • 5 days paid CPD leave plus £750 budget
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Comprehensive learning and development program

Structure of the roles: #

Full-time positions are made up of 38 clinical hours over 5 days, however we are able to consider a 30 hour position over 4 days if this is desirable.

For employed staff we pay a competitive base salary, plus variable salary which links to utilisation and performance. There is a structured appraisal system as well as annual salary review to encourage continuous growth within the business.

For self-employed staff the pay and structure is agreed on an individual basis between staff member and employer.

Learning & development opportunities: #

For full-time, employed roles there is a CPD budget of £750 per year, plus 5 days study leave to attend courses, conferences and other learning activities, this can also be used towards post-graduate studies.

For all clinical staff, employed and self-employed, clinical development in-house is taken seriously. Aside from ring-fenced CPD time every month we encourage shared learning within our team on a daily basis; seeing patients together or watching your clinical colleagues to gain experience, discussing cases and sharing outcomes are just some of the ways we ensure that you develop. The appraisal process for employed staff will ensure your learning objectives are planned and achieved.
