Sam Siequien
Physiotherapist

Introduction
I’ve worked in private practice since qualifying as a Physiotherapist and developed and a special interest in lower limb injuries, focussing on the foot and ankle. I have also combined this with my interest in cycling, to offer clinical bike fitting alongside my physiotherapy practice. I particularly enjoy lower limb sports rehabilitation, alongside strength and conditioning during rehabilitation.

Passionate Physiotherapist with Elite Sports Expertise
As a dedicated Physiotherapist, I aim to bring my deep understanding and experience in sports to ensure your rehabilitation aligns with your personal goals. I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes in elite rugby, semi-professional football, and recreational club sports, which has honed my skills. I also held a teaching position at the University of East London, allowing me to stay up to date with best practice guidelines and deliver the highest standard of care.
Comprehensive Rehabilitation Approach
I combine exercise rehabilitation, evidence-based treatments, and education to empower you in managing your recovery. My experience with strength and conditioning coaches in elite sports helps me create effective and well-rounded rehabilitation programmes.
Specialised Focus on Lower Limb Sporting Injuries
My personal experiences in team sports have fostered a keen interest in lower limb sporting injuries. As an avid cyclist, I offer specialised bike fitting appointments, sharing my insights to enhance your performance.
I understand your aspirations and guide your progress through shared experiences and expert guidance.
I have experience working clinically in private practices around London and surrounding areas, but also as a Physiotherapy Lecturer at University of East London.
