In 2023, before she took on the Berlin Marathon, completing in an incredible 2:34 time, professional runner, Anya, came to see Richard Tucker (the Human Performance Lab) at our St Paul’s clinic for some Physiological Testing so she could direct her training as well as possible in order to achieve her goal on race day.
We’re sure that Anya is applying all that she learned here to prepare for the upcoming London Marathon and we want to wish her the very best of luck, and say a huge congratulations for qualifying and representing England as part of the elite field.
