Antonia is a Pelvic Floor and MSK physiotherapist from New Zealand where she attended the University of Otago and graduated with Distinction in a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Specialising in Pelvic Health in 2021, Antonia has since undergone numerous post graduate training courses in New Zealand to continue to develop her skills in treating pelvic floor dysfunctions. With a special interest in pre/postnatal care, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis,
pelvic pain and pain with sex.
Antonia has also undertaken additional training in male pelvic floor examination and treatment and uses a holistic approach to treat the sensitive and often debilitating symptoms that men often present with. With a special interest in chronic prostatitis, pelvic pain, overactive bladder syndrome, urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction.
In both musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy, Antonia is passionate about empowering her clients through education to ensure they have the best understanding of their own injuries and self-management. She implements a combination of manual therapy, massage, dry needling and
exercise prescription. This collaborative approach allows for a rehab program that can be suited to
the lifestyle and goals of the client in order to achieve the best results possible.
