After completing my Physiotherapy degree, I started working in the NHS and elite sport. Three years later, I moved on from the NHS to work in a private hospital where I co-ordinated inpatient physiotherapy care of mainly elective orthopaedic patients, but also post breast cancer, bariatric and gynaecological surgery.

I worked for West Ham Football Club Academy for 7 seasons in total. This diverse background, coupled with the latest research informs my current practise here at Pure Sports Medicine. I realise that all patients present differently and require an individualised approach that is goal orientated and patient centred.

Outside of work, I stay active through running, cycling, teaching Mat Pilates and looking after my three young children. These extracurricular endeavours give me valuable insight into the demands of these activities, enabling me to better manage my patients.

West Ham United Football Club Academy, The Holly Private Hospital, North East London NHS Foundation Trust, and Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
